Ian Fallmann

Ian has over 30 years' experience as a business owner and a very successful senior manager. He spent 15 years as Asia-Pacific Managing Director for Bloomberg, where his proudest achievements were working with and developing small teams responsible, for many start-up operations. For 13 years he reported directly to Michael Bloomberg, currently the Mayor of New York. Ian learnt a wealth of strategies during this period of his career and he now passes these on to his clients here in London.

Prior to his work at Bloomberg, he spent 5 years working for Kobe Steel in Japan where he was responsible for solving real and formidable challenges, together with creating successful formulas that meant tangible success for distributors.

He has a proven track record of success in starting businesses in new and challenging markets.  He is versatile and highly effective with a background in general management, encompassing sales, marketing, product development, training, team building, customer service and operations.  Ian is highly analytical with strong critical thinking skills and the ability to motivate and inspire others to deliver exceptional results. 

Ian has a reputation for being very approachable and easy to work with. He has an enthusiastic, painstaking and detailed approach to issues confronting business owners.  He motivates owners of small and medium sized enterprises to get what they want out of their businesses; getting the business to run more effectively, helping them to make a plan for the future and even building exit strategies. Often the plan is to get the business working without the owner.

Ian, now a local business owner, started on his own entrepreneurial journey by establishing Kensington Enterprises Ltd. Running his business as he would teach you to run yours, he is passionate about helping owners fulfil their own aspirations and achieve their goals.
