Long Interview and Report
We've found that this is the best way to start off the mentoring programme, so we conduct the Long Interview before starting the regular mentoring sessions. It lasts around 3-4 hours and all partners in the business need to be involved.
The Long Interview is an in-depth look at your goals, both business and personal, the sales and marketing strategies you've used and what results were achieved. Essentially, it’s a road map for the future of your business. This is an intense, power packed and thought provoking session – you'll be asked questions that you've never been asked before and you’ll have to think about things you may not be totally comfortable with.
Shortly after the interview you'll receive a practical report that highlights the way forward – this is a 'nuts and bolts' report that will make an immediate difference to your business.
One to One Mentoring Programme
The "Advance Your Business" programme is designed for those success oriented business owners who are determined to take their business to the next level.
Your business may be experiencing revenue growth, but is it generating the return on investment that it should be? Are the team, marketing, service/operation areas of your business achieving their full potential? Are systems and processes in place? If the answer to these questions is 'No', it is likely that you are working a substantial amount of hours, and that your day-to-day involvement is critical to ongoing operations!
The One to One Mentoring Programme addresses these challenges and includes:
- One 1/2 day workshop or training seminar - during the first 6 months of the programme you and your team will receive an on-site training session covering; sales, marketing, team building and telemarketing. Alternatively, a custom package that we develop together may be offered;
- Up to 4 hours per month - critiquing, reviewing and developing advertisements, brochures, sales aids, marketing, systems, logistics or team recruitment materials.
Business Education Forum
Group Coaching - A powerful 3 month programme for those not ready for one to one mentoring or for start-ups. It's 7 sessions on everything from setting your goals and right through to team building, marketing, sales and many of the basic fundamentals you need to get your business really moving.
